• The best way to get to Rincon de la Victoria using public transportation is taking the airport bus that goes to Malaga and there in Avenue Alameda Principal taking the bus number M-160 with stops at El Palo, Cala del Moral and Rincon de la Victoria, among others. You can take the commuter train at arrivals of Terminal 3 of the airport but the most that you approach your destination is to Alameda Principal and from there you would have to take the bus M-160 we mentioned beforehand.

With some nice hotels on the beach, Rincon de la Victoria is a good place to stay during your holiday, especially in summer to take advantage of its proximity to the coast and spend pleasant days on the beach.

All coastal destinations typically have a sea promenade; however the one of Rincon becomes most peculiar in the western part where the mountain is crossed by three tunnels. In between these tunnels you will discover a beautifully decorated seafront with sea views. In the eastern part of the promenade you will find beach restaurants and bars where you can the typical dishes of Malaga.

Rincon has two attractions not to be missed. The first is the cave Cueva del Tesoro located next to the restaurant with the same name; here you have access to amazing galleries to explore in the company of a guide. The second location is a small castle called Casa Fuerte Bezmiliana, a construction of 1766 located a few meters from the beach to deal in the past with the pirates from Holland and England.

If you are an avid golfer, you will have the opportunity to enjoy your favourite sport at the golf club Añoreta Golf, situated in the district of Torre de Benagalbon.

Finally, the town has a Carrefour shopping centre that offers many types of shops and restaurants in addition to cinemas with blockbuster movies. From our point of view it is well worth visiting other destinations; by proximity we recommend Malaga, Torremolinos, Torre del Mar or Nerja.
