Dog-Friendly Beach – Ventura del Mar
Travellers with dogs will be pleased to know that Nueva Andalucía has a dedicated dog-friendly beach. Ventura del Mar Beach is a semi-urban beach with dark sand and rocks, approximately 25 metres wide on average. It is located in the westernmost part of Nueva Andalucía beach, very close to the Gran Hotel Guadalpín Banús. The beach features special showers for dogs, making it an excellent spot for pets to run and play.
Another dog-friendly beach nearby is **Pinillo Beach**, located in the eastern part of Marbella.

For everyday shopping and leisure, the main option is Centro Plaza, located on Avenida Manolete, next to the bullring. Just five minutes from Puerto Banús, it offers fashion shops, a supermarket, cafés and restaurants with ample parking.
For a wider selection of international brands, many visitors head to La Cañada Shopping Centre, which is a 10–15 minute drive away.
