" Hi there, Further to our use of your service last week, I just wanted to pass my comments on. Firstly, I would like to say thank you for the smooth service we received when collected from the airport. The driver was excellent - and we were very impressed with the car he collected us in. Unfortunately the return journey back to the airport was not as efficient, as the driver turned up 25 minutes late, which was a pain for us and meant we had less time at the airport. However, I would like to say, that once the driver arrived, he was excellent - and this would not put us off using your service again. The lady we spoke to on the telephone to find out where the driver was, was very polite, paitent and helpful - so we appreciated that.
