After leaving the airport we take the road heading south until reaching a roundabout and we take the second exit, continuing straight. Once past the roundabout we take the deviation to the right to join the motorway Avenida Velazquez towards Torremolinos.
We reach the junction of Churriana which we leave behind and take the next deviation to join into the highway MA-20 / A-7 Benalmadena / Algeciras.
Once on the motorway we don´t take the exit to Torremolinos and keep driving on the A-7 direction Benalmadena / Algeciras / Cadiz at a maximum speed of 120 Km / h.
We keep driving on the highway A-7 direction Fuengirola / Algeciras and we pass by a gas station access and also the exit to Benalmadena / Arroyo de la Miel.
After driving a few miles we see the exit to Fuengirola which also leave behind placing us in the middle or the left lane to continue on the AP-7 towards Marbella / Algeciras. At this point we are informed about the toll road ahead.
Note - alternative route: If you want to go to Marbella without going through the toll road, take the exit to Fuengirola in the right lane and continue the journey driving on the A-7 to arrive in Marbella city without interruption or diversion.
We continue along the AP-7 and drive through a stretch of toll. After traveling just over 45 kilometres we have the option to take the exit 186 Ojen / Marbella / Business Park that brings us to the shopping mall La Cañada. Or, we can continue on the AP-7 to the exit 184 Marbella / Casco Antiguo.
Once taken this second exit we come to a first roundabout from which we take the fourth exit south or to the coast. We drive approximately 300m to tackle the last roundabout, take the first exit and after about one kilometre we finally arrive at the centre of Marbella.
